东华大学纺织检测中心（以下简称中心）的前身是东华大学纺织学院纺织材料实验室,始建于1952年,1955年经原纺织工业部批准为部级纺织材料专业实验室。中心成立于2001年，是为高校人才培养、科研、社会提供各类纺织品检测服务的专业机构，主要从事纤维、纱线、纺织品和服装等产品的检测，2002 年获得国家检验检测机构资质认定（CMA）证书。
中心检测用实验室总面积为600平方米，其中恒温恒湿室近250平方米。中心有电液伺服万能测试系统、MMT水分测试仪、马丁旦尔织物起球仪、高速落锤冲击试验机、接触冷暖仪、KES织物风格仪、MTS疲劳实验仪、DSC、DEA、DMA、TG等各类热分析仪、超景深显微镜、扫描电镜，红外紫外光谱仪、8130自动滤料测试仪、多轴向拉伸仪、HVI棉纤维检测仪和声发射测试仪等大型仪器114套。中心通过多年建设，配置了覆盖纺织和材料领域中原料、半成品、制成品测试的全系列仪器,仪器与设备达3000台套，总价值达8000多元。其中检测专用设备达86台套，总价值近600元。
中心依托国家和上海市重点学科的学科优势，经过60多年来的持续建设，打造了一支具有丰富专业知识和经验的检测队伍，中级职称以上的职工占总数的85%。多年来,中心在确保本校教学、科研服务的前提下，本着公正、科学、准确、满意的宗旨，在纺织和材料学科领域等方面，为社会提供公正、科学、可靠、准确的检测结果，获得了各方的肯定，在国内外纺织行业中有较高声誉。中心目前承担国际标准化组织天然纤维素纤维工作组(ISO/TC38/SC23/WG2)召集人, 开展相关检测方法、检验仪器和标准的研制工作，制修订了多项ISO、国家和行业标准，并多次获得成果奖项。目前中心成为全国纺织品标准化技术委员会及其基础分会 “纺织标准验证实验室”。
主要业务类别：
1、承担学校教学科研和社会委托的检测、抽样检测等业务；
2、研制、开发新的检测技术、检验方法和检验仪器，主持或参与国际标准、国家标准、行业标准等的制修订，进行有关标准方法的试验验证工作；
3、为纺织纤维及其制品的生产企业提供技术服务、信息咨询和技术培训工作。

Introduction to Textile Testing Center of Donghua University
The predecessor of the Textile Testing Center of Donghua University (hereinafter referred to as the center) was the Textile Material Laboratory in the College of Textiles of Donghua University. It was founded in 1952 and was approved as a ministerial textile material laboratory by the former Ministry of Textile Industry in 1955. The center founded in 2001, is a professional organization that provides various textile testing services for talent cultivation in universities, scientific research, and society. It is mainly engaged in the testing of fibers, yarns, textiles and clothing. In 2002, it was certified by China Metrology Accreditation (CMA).
The total area of the central testing laboratory is 600 m2, in which the area of constant temperature and humidity room is nearly 250 m2. The center has 114 sets of large testers, including electro-hydraulic servo universal test system, MMT moisture tester, Martindale fabric pilling tester, high-speed drop weight impact tester, contact warm and cooling tester, KES fabric style tester, MTS anti-fatigue tester, DSC, DEA, DMA, TG, ultra-depth-of-field microscopes, scanning electron microscopes, infrared ultraviolet spectrometers, 8130 automatic filter tester, multi-axial tensile tester, HVI cotton fiber tester and acoustic emission tester, and so on. After decades of years of construction, the center is equipped with a full range of instruments covering raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in the textile and material fields. There are 3,000 sets of instruments and equipment, with a total value of more than 80 million RMB. Among them, there are 86 sets of special testing equipment, with a total value of nearly 6 million RMB.
Relying on the advantages of national and Shanghai key disciplines, the center has built a testing team with rich professional knowledge and experience after more than 60 years of construction. The researchers with intermediate titles and above account for 85% of the total. Over the years, the center has provided fair, scientific, reliable and accurate test results for the society in the fields of textiles and materials, based on the premise of ensuring the teaching and scientific research services, in line with the principles of fairness, science, accuracy and satisfaction. It has been recognized by all parties and has a high reputation in the textile industry at home and abroad. The center currently takes the role of the convener of Natural Cellulose Fiber Working Group of International Organization for Standardization(ISO/TC38/SC23/WG2) to carry out the development of related testing methods, instruments and standards, and has formulated and revised a number of ISO, national and industry standards, winning many achievement awards. At present, the center has become the "Textile Standard Verification Laboratory" of National Technical Committee on Textiles of Standardization Administration of China and its subcommittee.
Main business categories:
1. Test for teaching and scientific research and social commissioned testing, sampling testing;
2. To develop new testing technologies, methods and instruments, and to preside over or participate in the formulation and revision of international, national, and industry standards, etc., and to carry out test verification of related standard methods;
3. To provide technical services, information consultation and technical training for textile fiber and products manufacturers.
